It’s not easy to do link ups Between Palestine and Cuba because the internet is very weak in schools there, and also because Cuba is 7 hours behind Palestine. However our volunteer, Sue Piper has visited and taken some of our poetry and play books to donate to schools there, and Cuban teacher educator, Isora Enriquez O Frarrill has done a lot of solidarity work with Cuban children drawing pictures for our children in Palestine. See here for example about this great work. Nick will be going to Cuba in early May 2025 – partly to have a much needed holiday, but also to do some work there in strengthening our connections between schools in Cuba and schools in Palestine.
